Ordering Info

Three Ways to Place Your Order:

  1. Purchase Online
    Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. GardenFun is proud to use State of the Art 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Encryption which protects your credit card and personal information. For the fastest order processing, please order online from our 100% secure website. Shortly after placing your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.

    When you order online, you will have the opportunity to view your order total, taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges, before submitting your order and credit card information.

  2. Phone Orders
    If you prefer to place orders over the phone, please call us toll-free at 800-936-1204 to speak with a friendly customer service representative. We are available to take your calls M-F 8am-4:30pm PST. If you place an order over the phone, you will receive an order number# by the end of the call.

    If you do not reach us, messages are accepted 24 hours each day, seven days each week (on our voice mail). Please leave a message with your phone number including area code, and we will be happy to return your call.

  3. Mail Orders
    You can also order by sending a Cashier's Check or Money Order to the address below. With your items, please make sure to include your name, shipping address, contact number, and email address if you have one. You will be responsible for calculating the shipping costs and any applicable taxes. If you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can provide you with a complete order total. Please allow up to 14 days for mail order processing:

How do I Redeem a GardenFun Gift Certificate?

  1. Browse GardenFun.com for items you'd like to buy, and add them to your shopping cart.

  2. When you are done selecting the items you like, click on Checkout.

  3. On the Shipping Form, you'll see a field that says "Enter the Gift Certificate Code below." Enter the entire code including the "@" sign.

  4. If you have more than one gift certificate, you can enter multiple codes separated by commas.

  5. If you have enough funds on the gift certificate(s) to cover the cost of your order you won't be required to enter any payment information. If you don't have enough funds on your gift certificate to cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.

When will my order ship?
We are very excited to get your items to you as fast as we can! We stock almost all of our product in our California warehouse, ready to be shipped to you. Most orders ship within 24 hours and should arrive at your door and in your hands in 2-6 business days. When orders are shipped out, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If an item is on backorder, we will contact you to let you know.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Will my items arrive in time for...? It mostly depends on when you place your order. Most orders ship from our California warehouse. If you look at the map above you can see the different colors that indicate how long it takes items to travel via UPS ground to different locations. Orders placed by 11am PST ship usually out same day. Orders placed after 1pm PST will most likely ship out the next morning. Because many of our products are large, it is expensive to ship them via air. So if you're trying to get something for a birthday or holiday, order your items early!

Of course, you can always call in and request a quote for expedited air shipping, or leave us a note in the comment section of your order with any specific dates or instructions that we should know about. If we might need to contact you, please leave us a good working phone number. Thanks!

Delivery Method
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. If you have a P.O.Box, we prefer to ship to a physical address via UPS so we can provide safer and more accurate tracking. Only orders sent to AK, HI, PR, APO & Canada will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested.

Non-US Mainland Orders
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, APO address, Puerto Rico and Canada are normally shipped via USPS to reduce broker fees on your end unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs shown on the website to these locations are shipping estimates only and can vary greatly depending on the size and weight of the order. If the actual shipping charges exceed the estimate, you may be contacted to approve the actual costs before shipping. All customers will be fully responsible for all customs, tariffs and brokerage charges if applicable.

Sales Tax
Outside California - You get our low shipping rates and pay NO SALES TAX!
All orders shipped to a California address pay 8.25% sales tax. (You do get your orders faster though!)

Damaged/Lost Shipments
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Please email us right away for additional assistance at info@GardenFun.com or call us toll free at 1-800-936-1204. Please keep the original packaging in case a claim needs to be filed with the appropriate shipping carrier.

Do you need Signature Required?
If a package is being sent to an unsafe area, please let us know by leaving a message in the Comments box during checkout. We will manually adjust any applicable shipping charge for adding either "Signature Required" or "Hold For Pick-Up" add-on services. Customer is responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is delivered.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping such as UPS 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day are available upon request only and can be requested over the phone or in the Comment box during check out. We will make every effort to ship all expedited orders within 1 business day from the time you place the order. If you are leaving town for example, or purchasing for a birthday, and need to have the order arrive on or before a specific date, please let us know that date in the Comments box so we can do everything we can to make that shipment arrive on time!

If you request expedited air shipping, we will ship your order via the LEAST EXPENSIVE method based upon your request to get your package to you by your deadline. If the additional shipping costs exceed $10, you will be contacted for approval. If you are stressed about getting an order by a certain time, we will be taking on your stress as well to make it happen. Please help us by providing any additional contact numbers we might need in the Comments box of your order, thanks!

Payment Methods

For your convenience, GardenFun accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, & PayPal payments through our secure online website. If you really prefer not to use your credit card over the internet, you are welcome to call us and charge by phone at 1-800-936-1204.

If you prefer to send your order by mail, we accept Cashier's checks & Money Orders made payable to GardenFun. Payment must clear before we can ship out your order. Please allow 14 days processing time for all mail orders. When your order is processed, you will receive a phone call or email confirming receipt. We will be giving you a GardenFun Order Number. If you do not hear from us, there is a chance your mail order never arrived to us (or you forgot to include contact information). Please contact us.

Return Policy

At GardenFun, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us when you receive your order. You can return most products for a 100% refund of the purchase price.

To receive a full refund, returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition, and within 30 days of the purchase date. Please notify us before you send any items back to us. We will provide you with a pre-authorized RMA# with any additional instructions.

Items returned without an RMA# will either be refused or a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Custom & Special Item orders are not returnable. In most cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the product was purchased with "Free Shipping" and is returned, the customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways. Only product cost and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees.

For your protection we suggest you send your packages via UPS or FedEx to sure the item is not damaged or lost in transit. With all returns, please include your RMA#, name, shipping address, and contact numbers.
