For the fastest order processing, please order online from our 100% secure website. Shortly after placing your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the order you entered on-line.
When you order online, you will have the opportunity to view your order total, taxes (if applicable) and shipping charges, before submitting your order and credit card information.
- Phone Orders
If you prefer to place orders over the phone, please call us toll-free at 800-936-1204 to speak with a friendly customer service representative. We are available to take your calls M-F 9am-5:30pm PST. If you place an order over the phone, you should receive an order number # by the end of the call.
If you do not reach us, messages are accepted 24 hours each day, seven days each week (on our voice mail). Please leave a message with your phone number including area code, and we will be happy to return your call as quick as we can.
- Mail Orders
You can also order by sending a Cashier's Check or Money Order to the address below. With your items, please make sure to include your name, shipping address, contact number, and email address if you have one. You will be responsible for calculating the shipping costs and any applicable taxes. If you need help, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can provide you with a complete order total. How do I Redeem a GardenFun Gift Certificate?
- Browse GardenFun.com for items you'd like to buy, and add them to your shopping cart.
- When you are done selecting the items you like, click on Checkout.
- On the Shipping Form, you'll see a field that says "Enter the Gift Certificate Code below." Enter the entire code including the "@" sign.
- If you have more than one gift certificate, you can enter multiple codes separated by commas.
- If you have enough funds on the gift certificate(s) to cover the cost of your order you won't be required to enter any payment information. If you don't have enough funds on your gift certificate to cover your entire order, you will be required to pay the remaining balance.

Standard Ground Shipping Rates are generated based on the order and the zip code of delivery. Typically, if you can ship to a commercial address you can often save a few dollars on shipping. Shipping rates outside of the 48 contiguous states and internationally are estimated, and may not be applicable to certain very heavy or oversized items.
We mostly use UPS and FedEx as our standard method of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S. so we can insure your packages, and provide safe and accurate tracking. Please note that UPS and FedEx do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you do not have a physical address, your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). All orders sent to AK, HI, PR, Guam, VI, APO & Canada will also be sent via USPS unless otherwise requested by email or phone.
Non-US Mainland Orders
Orders from Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO address, Puerto Rico and Canada are normally shipped via USPS to help reduce broker fees on your end unless otherwise requested. Shipping costs shown on the website to these locations are shipping estimates only and can vary greatly depending on the size and weight of the order. If the actual shipping charges exceed the estimate, you may be contacted to approve the actual costs before shipping. All customers will be fully responsible for all customs, tariffs, duties and brokerage charges if applicable.
Yes we can ship most items anywhere in the world, however, shipping internationally can be very expensive depending on the size and weight of the items, and we will not be responsible for lost or broken shipments. Some items are too large and exceed USPS shipping limitations. Once orders get delivered to Customs for export, we will have little tracking control. That being said, we send many international shipments with very little trouble, almost daily. If you are interested, please send us the items of interest, the quantity, and your COMPLETE SHIPPING ADDRESS so we can provide you an accurate shipping quote. We will send you an invoice that can be paid with a Paypal account, or any credit card. Your items will ship with USPS and typically arrive within 7-14 business days. When will my order ship?
We are very excited to get your items to you as fast as we can! We stock products in multiple warehouses across the country. Some warehouses are a bit faster than others, but on average most orders ship within 24 hours and should arrive at your door and in your hands within 2-6 business days depending on your location. If an item is on back-order and will not ship out within 48 hours, we will contact you to let you know.
When will my items arrive? I need more details!
It mostly depends on when you place your order, and where you are located. Products in our CA warehouse usually ship the same day if the order is placed by 6pm EST. Other orders shipping from MO, MS, TN, MI, GA, or CT need to be placed by 11am EST to possibly ship the same day.
Please call us if you are concerned about a specific item arriving by a specific date for an event, a special occasion like a birthday, or if leaving leaving town, etc. We can often get you an expedited shipping quote if necessary, and can also hold some orders to ship at a later date if necessary.
You can also specify that you need an item by a specific date in the comment section of your online order. In case we need to contact you, please leave us a good working phone number.
Damaged shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery. Please email us right away for additional assistance at info@GardenFun.com or call us toll free at 1-800-936-1204. Please keep the original packaging in case a claim needs to be filed with the appropriate shipping carrier.
Do you need Signature Required?
If a package is being sent to an unsafe area, please let us know by leaving a message in the Comments box during checkout. We will manually adjust any applicable shipping charge for adding either "Signature Required" or "Hold For Pick-Up" add-on services. Customer is responsible for lost or stolen packages after it is delivered.
Expedited shipping such as 3-Day, 2-Day, and Next Day are available upon request only and can be requested over the phone or in the Comment box during check out. We will make every effort to ship all expedited orders within 1 business day from the time you place the order. If you are leaving town for example, or purchasing for a birthday, and need to have the order arrive on or before a specific date, please let us know that date in the Comments box so we can do everything we can to make that shipment arrive on time!
If you request expedited air shipping, we will ship your order via the LEAST EXPENSIVE method based upon your request to get your package to you by your deadline. If the additional shipping costs exceed $20, you will be contacted for approval. If you are stressed about getting an order by a certain time, we will be taking on your stress as well to make it happen. Please help us by providing any additional contact phone numbers we might need in the Comments box of your order, so we can reach you if we have any questions or problems, thanks!
Fun Shipping Alternatives - If you prefer to save the expedited shipping dollars, and it simply isn't critical that the gifts arrive by a certain holiday or birthday, two fun ideas include simply giving a card with a picture of the item printed from our website, or, giving them a mystery tracking number for some extra fun suspense. You can also always purchase them a Gift Certificate too which is delivered via email instantly after purchase.

If you prefer to send your order by mail, we accept Cashier's checks & Money Orders made payable to GardenFun. Payment must clear before we can ship out your order. Please allow 14 days processing time for all mail orders. When your order is processed, you will receive a phone call or email confirming receipt. We will be giving you a GardenFun Order Number. If you do not hear from us, there is a chance your mail order never arrived to us (or you forgot to include contact information). Please contact us.

At GardenFun, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us when you receive your order. You can return most products for a 100% refund of the purchase price of the items.
To receive a full refund, returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition, and within 30 days of the purchase date. Please notify us before you send any items back to us. We will provide you with a pre-authorized RMA# with any additional instructions.
Items returned without an RMA# will either be refused or a 15%-20% restocking fee will be charged depending on the item. Custom Ordered & Special Item orders are not returnable.
In most cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. If the product was purchased with "Free Shipping" and is returned, the customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways. If a shipment is refused upon delivery and returned without our knowledge, customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. Only product cost and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded. We do not refund duties or customs fees.
For your protection we suggest you send your packages via UPS or FedEx to sure the item is not damaged or lost in transit. With all returns, please include your RMA#, name, shipping address, and contact numbers.
